Application of MOTOmed intelligent training system and weight reduction gait training combined with traditional Chi-nese medicine management on individualized rehabilitation intervention of post-stroke hemiplegia patients
Objective To study the application effect of MOTomed intelligent training system,weight reduction gait training,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)management on individualized rehabilitation intervention of post-stroke hemi-plegia patients.Methods A total of 120 post-stroke hemiplegia patients were randomly divided into the control group(n =60)and the observation group(n =60).All patients received MOTomed functional training system and weight reduction gait training intervention,patients in the observation group additionally received TCM management.After 30-day treatment,the changes in muscle tension,electromyography index,electrophysiological index of limb peripheral nerve,and the scores of limb motor func-tion,activities of daily living(ADL),walking function and gait abnormality,and quality of life(QOL)scale before and after treatment were compared between groups.Results After interven-tion,the level of muscle tension in the observation group was sig-nificantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Patients in both groups presented significantly lower maximum ampli-tudes of H reflex and M wave responses reached(Hmax,Mmax),H wave to M wave(H/M)amplitude ratios in the two groups(P<0.05),significantly higher motor/sensory conduction velocity(MCV/SCV)of common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve(P<0.05),as well as the scores of limb motor function,ADL,and walking function and gait abnormality,QOL than those be-fore treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group were more pronounced compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MOTOmed intelligent training system and weight reduction gait training combined with TCM manage-ment can better improve the limb function and daily living ability of post-stroke hemiplegia patients,with a higher degree of im-provement in muscle strength,nerve conduction velocity,balance,and quality of life.
