Effect of rehabilitation training combined with Yishen Daluo Yin and methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection on fatigue, sleep status and motor function of multiple sclerosis at remission stage
Objective Exploring the effects of rehabilitation training combined with Yishen Daluo Yin and methylpred-nisolone sodium succinate for injection on fatigue, sleep status and motor function in patients with multiple sclerosis(MS)at re-mission stage. Methods A tatol of 90 MS patients at remission stage were randomly divided into a control group(n =45)and treatment group(n =45).All patients received Yishen Daluo Yin and methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection, patients in the treatment group additionally received rehabilitation training. After 8-week treatment, the status of fatigue, sleep and mo-tor function were compared between groups. Results After treatment, the scores of fatigue severity scale(FSS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in the two groups significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but the scores of Lind-mark Sensory-Motor Assessment Chart(LMAC)significantly higher(P<0.05),and the improvements in the treatment group were more pronounced(all P<0.05).Conclusions Rehabilitation training combined with Yishen Daluo Yin and methylpred-nisolone sodium succinate for injection can effectively improve the fatigue level, sleep status and motor function of MS patients at remission stage.
