Effect of family members'participation in early activity nursing intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology on postoperative rehabilitation of stroke patients underwent interventional thrombectomy
Objective To observe the clinical effect of family members'participation in early activity nursing interven-tion combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)appropriate technology on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with a-cute ischemic stroke(AIS)underwent interventional thrombectomy.Methods A total of 106 AIS patients underwent interven-tional thrombectomy treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly assigned into treatment group(n =53)and control group(n = 53).All patients were managed by conventional Western medicine,and those in treatment group additionally received family members'participation in early activity nursing intervention combined with TCM appropriate technology.Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Barthel Index(BI),Family Adaptability and Cohesion Scale,Second Edition-Chinese Version(FACESⅡ-CV)(including intimacy and adaptability),Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)(including con-trol,ability,acceptance of change,tolerance of negative emotions and spiritual influence),36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)(including life function,physical function,material function,mental function)were included as comparators.Results After treatment,significantly increased the scores of FMA and BI,and decreased the scores of NIHSS were detected in the two groups(all P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group for the scores of FMA,BI and NIHSS(all P<0.05).Significantly increased the each dimension scores and total scores of FACESⅡ-CV,CD-RISC,and SF-36 were found in the both groups(all P<0.05),and the improvements were more pronounced in the treatment group than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion For AIS patients un-derwent interventional thrombectomy,family members'participation in early activity nursing intervention combined with TCM ap-propriate technology has definite curative effect,which can effectively improve motor function,promote neurological function re-covery,improve activity of daily living,the patient's family intimacy and adaptability,enhance psychological flexibility,and im-prove the quality of life.
