京族医药特色贴敷联合饮食干预对痛风性关节炎患者疼痛的影响

摘要
目的 观察京族医药特色贴敷联合饮食干预对痛风性关节炎患者疼痛的影响.方法 将 80 例痛风性关节炎患者按照随机数字表法分为2 组,对照组40 例予常规西药+饮食干预治疗,治疗组40 例在对照组治疗基础上加京族医药特色贴敷治疗.2 组均连续治疗7 天.比较2 组疗效;比较2 组治疗前后临床症状评分变化;比较 2 组治疗前后血清血尿酸(UA)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)变化;比较 2 组治疗前后生活质量评分变化.结果 治疗组总有效率92.50%(37/40),对照组总有效率72.50%(29/40),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05).2 组治疗后关节疼痛、关节肿胀、关节活动受限评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05).2 组治疗后血清UA、ESR均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05).2 组治疗后各项生活质量评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组升高更明显(P<0.05).结论 京族医药特色贴敷联合饮食干预治疗痛风性关节炎,可更好地缓解患者临床症状,减轻疼痛,提高患者生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Special Patch Therapy of Jing nationalality combined with dietary inter-vention on pain in patients with gouty arthritis.Methods A total of 80 patients with gouty arthritis were randomly assigned into the treatment group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).All patients were managed by conventional Western medicine and dietary intervention,and those in the treatment group additionally received Special Patch Therapy of Jing nationalality.Treated for 7 days,the aim was to compare clinical symptoms score,serum uric acid(UA),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),quality of life score.The curative effect was assessed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(92.50%[37/40]vs 72.50%[29/40],P<0.05).After treatment,patients in two groups presented sig-nificantly decreased scores of joint pain,joint swelling and limited joint movement(P<0.05),the decreases were more common in the treatmeat group compared to the the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Patients in two groups had significantly decreased serum levels of UA and ESR,and the decreases were more pronounced in the treatmeat group relative to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,patients in the two groups showed significantly increased quality of life score(P<0.05),which were more improved in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with gouty ar-thritis,Special Patch Therapy of Jing nationalality combined with dietary intervention can better relieve clinical symptoms,reduce pain and improve quality of life.
