生肌止痛熏洗法联合腕踝针在肛周脓肿患者中的应用研究

摘要
目的 探讨肛周脓肿患者术后应用生肌止痛熏洗法联合腕踝针治疗的临床效果.方法 纳入江苏省南通市中医院肛肠科2021 年1 月至2022 年6 月收治的行肛周脓肿手术治疗患者84 例为研究对象,随机分 2 组,每组 42例.对照组术后采用高锰酸钾熏洗治疗,观察组术后采用生肌止痛熏洗法联合腕踝针治疗,比较 2 组的临床疗效、疼痛评分、创面恢复时间、生活质量和并发症.结果 观察组总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的76.19%(P<0.05).观察组术后1、7、14 d的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组创面腐肉脱落时间、新生上皮出现时间和创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组中,出血患者 2 例,术后并发症发生率为4.76%;对照组中,出血患者7 例,感染患者3 例,术后并发症发生率为23.81%,观察组术后的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 肛周脓肿患者应用生肌止痛熏洗法联合腕踝针治疗,能有效缓解患者疼痛,促进创面恢复,可提高患者的生活质量和降低并发症,疗效显著.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shengji Zhitong fumigation method combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture in patients with perianal abscess.Methods Eighty-four patients with perianal abscess who were treated by surgery from January 2021 to June 2022 in the Department of Anorectal,Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included in the study,and they were randomzied 1:1 to receive postoperative intervention of permanganate fumigation(the control group)or Shengji Zhitong fumigation method combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture(the observation group).The clinical efficacy,pain score,wound recovery time,quality of life,and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.86%vs 76.19%,P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group on the 1st,7th and 14th day after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had significantly shorter time of wound decay,new epithelial appearance and wound healing than the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were2 patients with bleeding in the observation group and 7 patients with bleeding and 3 patients with infection in the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was signif-icantly lower than that in the control group(4.76%vs23.81%,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Shengji Zhitong fu-migation method combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture in patients with perianal abscess can effectively relieve the pain of pa-tients,promote the recovery of wound surface,improve the quality of life and reduce complications.It has a significant effect.
