Collation and research of ancient literature on acutherapy for pestilential disease of lung system based on data mining
Objective To collect the relevant provisions of acutherapy in the treatment of pestilential disease of lung system in ancient literature,thus providing clinical reference for recent period by analysis of their application characteristics.Methods The related literatures reported from the Qin Dynasty to the late Qing Dynasty were screened from the paper books of the National Library of China,the electronic books of the National Library of China,and the paper books and electronic books of the Library of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.IBM SPSS Statistics 27 was used for frequency analysis,cluster analysis,principal component and factor analysis,and association rule analysis based on the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Results A total of 226 articles were included,the most of which were derived from the Zheng Zhi Zhun Sheng(n=32).Acutherapy included 12 categories,and the highest frequency of use was pricking blood therapy(n=56).Acupuncture treatment involved 68 acupoints,and there were 2 acupoints used more than 5 times,in the order of Shaoshang(LU11)and Weizhong(BL40).Conclusion It is suggested that acupuncture and blood needling can be combined in the treatment of pestilential disease of lung system,and the core prescription of"Jianshi,Jianjing,Quchi,Gaohuang"can be used,supplemented by acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation.
