摘要
目的 观察麻仁丸联合穴位敷贴治疗老年2型糖尿病便秘的效果.方法 选取2022年1月至2023年6月江苏省宿迁市第一人民医院内分泌科收治的100例老年2型糖尿病便秘患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组.对照组50例予枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗,治疗组50例在对照组治疗基础上加麻仁丸联合穴位敷贴治疗,连续治疗2周.比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后便秘症状评分、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、便秘患者生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分.结果 治疗组总有效率96.00％(48/50),对照组总有效率82.00％(41/50),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,2组排便困难、大便性状、排便频率及排便时间评分均较本组治疗前降低(P＜0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,2组FPG、2 hPG水平均较本组治疗前降低(P＜0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,2组PAC-QOL满意度、心理不适、生理不适及担忧程度评分均较本组治疗前降低(P＜0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 麻仁丸联合穴位敷贴治疗老年2型糖尿病便秘,可减轻便秘症状,降低血糖,提高患者生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Maren Pill combined with acupoint application in the treatment of constipation in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 100 elderly T2DM patients with constipation admitted in the Suqian First Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were enrolled,and they randomly assigned into treatment group(n=50)and control group(n=50).All patients were managed by mosapride citrate dispersible tablets,and those in treatment group were additionally treated with Maren Pill combined with acupoint application.Treated for 2 weeks,the aim was to compare constipation symptoms scores,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-h postprandial glucose(2 hPG),patient assessment of constipation quality of life questionnaire(PAC-QOL).The curative effect was assessed.Results The overall effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(96.00％[48/50]vs 82.00％[41/50],P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of defecation difficulties,stool traits,defecation frequency,defecation time in groups were significantly decreased(P＜0.05),which were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0.05).FPG and 2 hPG in groups were significantly decreased(P＜0.05),the decrease in the treatment group was more prevalent compared with the control group(P＜0.05).PAC-QOL scores(including satisfaction,psychological inadaptation,physical discomfort,level of concern)in groups were significantly decreased(P＜0.05),the decrease in the treatment group was more common than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion For elderly T2DM patients with constipation,Maren Pill combined with acupoint application can relieve constipation symptoms,lower blood sugar,and improve quality of life.
