银杏达莫与巴曲酶联合治疗突发性聋的疗效观察

摘要
目的：观察银杏达莫联合巴曲酶治疗突发性聋的疗效。方法将63例突聋患者随机分为2组，治疗组32例用银杏达莫联合巴曲酶治疗，对照组31例采用巴曲酶治疗，两组均同时给予晨起口服强的松片及维生素B1、B12肌肉注射，治疗14 d为1疗程，治疗1疗程结束后复查听力，比较两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93．8％，对照组70．9％，二者差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。结论银杏达莫联合巴曲酶治疗突聋较单独使用巴曲酶疗效好。
Abstract
s:Objective To observe the effect of Yinxingdamo combined with Batroxobin in treatment of sudden hearing loss.Methods 63 patients with sudden deafness were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group of 32 patients was given Yinxingdamo combined with Batroxobin, control group of 31 patients was given Batroxobin individually.Both groups were also adopted oral prednisone tablet after the on-set and intramuscular injection of B1 and B12 .While the course of treatment ended with 14 days, the curative effect of two groups was com-pared by review hearing .Results The effective rate of treatment group was 93.8% and control group was 70.9%, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Yinxingdamo combined with Batroxobin in treatment of sudden hearing loss is better than Batroxobin individually.
