摘要
目的 建立十味柴黄合剂中测定多种指标成分含量的一测多评方法.方法 以黄芩苷为内参物,确定栀子苷、芍药苷、橙皮苷相对于黄芩苷的相对校正因子,比较一测多评法与外标法含量测定结果的差异,评价一测多评法的可行性和准确性.结果 十味柴黄合剂中各指标成分的相对校正因子重现性良好,一测多评法与外标法测定的结果无显著差异.结论 本实验所建立的一测多评方法可用于十味柴黄合剂的质量评价.
Abstract
Objective To establish a determination method of the content of various index components in Shiwei Chaihuang mixture by QAMS method.Methods Baicalin was used as internal standard to assess relative correcting factors of geniposide, paeoniflorin, hesperidin, to compare the contents difference determined by QAMS and external standard methods, to evaluate feasibility and accuracy of QAMS.Results The results showed there was no significant difference between QAMS and external standard method, and relative correcting factors of each index components exhibited good reproducibility.Conclusion The QAMS performed by RP-HPLC in this study can be used to evaluate the quality of Shiwei Chaihuang mixture.
