Clinical Study on Jianxin Capsules combined with amiodarone in treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmias
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jianxin Capsules combined with amiodarone on chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmias(CHFVA).Methods Seventy CHFVA patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.Control group received amiodarone,while treatment group received Jianxin Capsules on the basis of control group.The efficacy,heart rate(HR),PR interval,corrected QT interval(QTc),QT dispersion(QTd),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide precursor(NT proBNP),24-hour standard deviation of adjacent normal R-R interval(SDNN),standard deviation of mean normal R-R interval every 5 minutes(SDANN),mean square deviation of difference between adjacent normal R-R intervals(rMSSD),and number of ventricular premature beats were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the PR interval of both groups was higher than before treatment,and was higher in treatment group than control group;HR,QTc,and QTd were lower than before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);the LVEF of both groups was higher than before treatment,and was higher in treatment group than control group;LVDD and NT proBNP were lower than before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);the SDDN,SDANN,and rMSSD of both groups were higher than before treatment,and were higher in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);the number of ventricular premature beats in both groups was lower than before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Jianxin Capsules and amiodarone has better efficacy in treatment of CHFVA,improving cardiac function and cardiac activity,reducing the frequency of ventricular premature beats.
