摘要
目的 观察含姜黄素的中药配伍使用对2型糖尿病肾病(T2DN)肾功能的保护作用.方法 将我院70例2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各35例.对照组予氯沙坦钾片治疗,治疗组予含姜黄素的中药配伍+氯沙坦钾片治疗.比较两组临床疗效,检测并比较两组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、尿微量白蛋白(U-mAlb)、血肌酐(Scr)、24 h尿蛋白、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)水平.结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05);两组 TC、TG、U-mAlb、Scr、24 h尿蛋白、Hcy、FPG、2 hPG、hs-CRP、WBC水平低于治疗前,治疗组TC、TG、U-mAlb、Scr、24 h尿蛋白、Hcy、FPG、2 hPG、hs-CRP、WBC水平低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 含姜黄素的中药配伍使用对T2DN肾功能的保护作用显著,可明显降低血脂和血糖,提高肾功能,调节微炎症状态.
Abstract
Objective To observe the protective effect of Chinese medicine compatibility containing curcumin on renal function in type 2 diabetes nephropathy(T2DN).Methods Seventy patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group.Control group was treated with losartan potassium tablets,while treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine compatibility containing curcumin on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effects,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),urinary microalbumin(U-mAlb),serum creatinine(Scr),24-hour urine protein,homocysteine(Hcy),fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial 2-hour blood glucose(2 hPG),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and white blood cell count(WBC)of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05);TC,TG,U-mAlb,Scr,24-hour urine protein,Hcy,FPG,2 hPG,hs-CRP,and WBC were lower than before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine compatibility containing curcumin has a significant protective effect on the renal function of T2DN,significantly reducing blood lipids and blood sugar,improving renal function,and regulating micro inflammatory state.
