Effect of TCM packaging assisted sufentanil on postoperative analgesia in pati-ents with heart valve disease
Objective To observe the effect of TCM packaging assisted with sufentanil on postoperative analgesia in patients with heart valve disease. Methods A total of 150 postoperative patients with heart valve disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 75 cases in each group.Control group was treated with sufentanil, while treatment group was treated with TCM packaging assisted on the basis of control group.Heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),blood oxygen saturation(SaO2),visual analogue scale(VAS),Ramsay sedation score, cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTnl),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),patient-controlled analgesia(PCIA)via intravenous route, dosage of sufentanil, first time out of bed and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results Fourty-eight hours after surgery, there was no statistically significant difference in SaO2 between the two groups(P>0.05);HR was higher in both groups than these immediately after surgery, and was higher in treatment group than control group, while MAP was lower, and was lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);the VAS and Ramsay sedation scores in both groups were lower than those immediately after surgery, and were lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);the cTnⅠ and CK-MB levels in both groups were lower than immediately after surgery, and were lower in treatment group than those control group(P<0.05);the dosage of PCIA and sufentanil, first time out of bed,and hospital stay in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM packaging assisted sufentanil has better sedative and analgesic effects on postoperative patients with heart valve disease, can stabilize hemodynamics, reduce drug dosage, reduce myocardial damage, and promote rehabilitation.
