Effects of Bai's Qingre Sanyu Prescription for fumigation on postoperative wound healing and pain in patients with stage Ⅱ anal fissure
Objective To observe the effects of Bai's Qingre Sanyu Prescription for fumigation on postoperative wound healing and pain in patients with stage Ⅱ anal fissure.Methods A total of 104 patients with stage Ⅱ anal fissure were randomly divided into observation group and control group,52 cases in each group.Observation group was given Bai's Qingre Sanyu Prescription,while control group was given potassium permanganate solution for fumigation.The clinical curative effect after treatment,wound healing time,disappearance time of bleeding,score of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),number of new capillaries,level of serum epidermal growth factor(EGF)and score of QOL questionnaire(QOL)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,total response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05);scores of pain,abscess,constipation and bleeding in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05);wound healing time and disappearance time of bleeding were shorter than those in control group(P＜0.05);VAS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05);the number of new capillaries in observation group was higher than that in control group,EGF level and QOL score were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Bai's Qingre Sanyu Prescription for fumigation can accelerate postoperative wound healing,relieve wound pain and improves quality of life in patients with stage Ⅱ anal fissure.
