Therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with omeprazole in treat-ment of complications after gastric mucosal dissection in early gastric cancer
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combrned with omeprazole in treatment of complications after gastric mucosal dissection(ESD)for early gastric cancer.Methods A total of 108 patients with early gastric cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 54 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with ESD,while control group was treated with omeprazole,treatment group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid and omeprazole.The total effective rate,wound healing and hospitalization time,ulcer area,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),TCM syndrome score,ulcer healing status,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05);the wound healing,hospitalization time,and complications in treatment group were less than those in control group(P＜0.05),and were lower in treatment group than control group;the ulcer area and TCM syndrome score were lower than before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than control group(P＜0.05),while VEGF was higher,and was higher in treatment group than control group(P＜0.05);the healing of ulcers in both groups was better than before treatment,and was better in treatment group than control group(P＜0.05);the occurance of complications in observation group was lower than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid combined with omeprazole is effective in treating early gastric cancer with ESD,promoting ulcer healing and reducing complications.
