Effect of Danhong Injection combined with magnesium sulfate wet compress on pain in patients with thrombotic deep phlebitis of lower limbs
Objective To observe the effect of Danhong Injection combined with magnesium sulfate wet compress on pain in patients with thrombotic deep phlebitis of lower limbs(TLL).Methods Eighty-four TLL patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.Control group received magnesium sulfate wet compress,while treatment group received Danhong Injection on the basis of control group.The total effective rate,pain and swelling levels,hemorheology,symptom scores,cell count(WBC),and D-dimer(D-D)levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in treatment group was higher than control group(P＜0.05);the pain,swelling degree,hemorheology,symptom score,WBC,D-D of both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Danhong Injection combined with magnesium sulfate wet compress has a good therapeutic effect on TLL patients,reducing the degree of swelling and inflammation,improving hemorheology,alleviating symptoms.
