摘要
目的 观察针刺联合金铃子散治疗气滞血瘀型晚期胃癌疼痛患者临床疗效.方法 将我院86例气滞血瘀型晚期胃癌疼痛患者随机为治疗组与对照组各43例.对照组采用盐酸羟考酮治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上采用针刺联合金铃子散治疗.比较两组总有效率、疼痛数字分级法(NRS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量(PSQI)、卡氏功能状态(KPS)评分、疼痛时间、爆发痛次数、自评焦虑量表(SAS)、自评抑郁量表(SDS)评分.结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05);两组NRS、PSQI评分、疼痛时间、爆发痛次数、SAS、SDS评分低于治疗前,KPS评分高于治疗前;治疗组NRS、PSQI评分、疼痛时间、爆发痛次数、SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,KPS评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 针灸联合金铃子散治疗气滞血瘀型晚期胃癌疼痛患者的疗效确切,能降低疼痛,提高睡眠和生存质量,减轻不良情绪.
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Jinlingzi Powder on patients with advanced gastric cancer pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods Eighty-six patients with advanced gastric cancer pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.Control group was treated with oxycodone hydrochloride,and treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with Jinlingzi Powder on the basis of control group.The total effective rate,the scores of pain numerical scale(NRS),Pittsburgh sleep quality(PSQI),Kaplan functional state(KPS),Self rated anxiety scale(SAS),Self rated depression scale(SDS)and pain duration,number of pain outbreaks were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05);the NRS,PSQI scores,pain duration,number of pain outbreaks,SAS,SDS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than control group(P＜0.05);while the KPS scores were higher,and were higher in treatment group than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Jinlingzi Powder treatment has a definite therapeutic effect on patients with advanced gastric cancer pain,reducing pain,improving sleep and quality of life,and alleviating negative emotions.
