摘要
整理《伤寒论》中"一方二法"的运用,通过改变药味、药量、剂型、服法等途径灵活用方.以小陷胸汤、葶苈大枣泻肺汤、温胆汤、二妙散等方为例,结合典型病案,归纳总结梅老应用"一方二法""一方多法"的经验,以帮助临床工作者提升临床思辨能力,实现更精准有效的治疗.
Abstract
To summarize the application of"one prescription,two methods"in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,and flexibly uses formulas by changing herb,dosage,dosage form,and administration methods.Taking formulas such as Xiaoxianxiong Decoction,Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction,Wendan Decoction,and Ermiao Powder as examples,combined with typical cases,Master MEI's experience"one prescription,two methods"and"one prescription,multiple methods"is summarized to help clinical workers improve their clinical thinking ability and achieve more accurate and effective treatment.
