基于营养素感受信号探讨针刺防治糖尿病肾病进展与思考

足细胞损伤是糖尿病肾病(DN)发生的重要原因,而DN是造成终末期肾病的主要原因.目前对足细胞损伤机制研究有一定进展,但临床仍缺乏特异性治疗,难以根治.SIRT1、AMPK、mTOR在DN时均有不同程度的改变,其改变机制可能为相互协同或者拮抗.本文通过整理近年来针刺对3条信号通路的作用机制的研究,探讨针刺防治DN的可能性及作用机制,以期更好地服务临床.
Study on acupuncture prevention and treatment of diabetes nephropathy based on nutrient sensing signals
Podocyte injury is an important cause of diabetes nephropathy(DN),and DN is the main cause of end-stage renal disease.At present,the research on the mechanism of podocyte injury has made some progress,but there is still a lack of specific treatment in clinic,which is difficult to cure.SIRT1,AMPK and mTOR have different degrees of changes in diabetes nephropathy,and the change mechanism may be synergistic or antagonistic.This paper discusses the possibility and mechanism of acupuncture in preventing and treating DN by sorting out the research on the mechanism of acupuncture on the three pathways in recent years,so that acupuncture can better serve the clinic and further develop the research on acupuncture.
