Effects of Feilike Capsules on blood gas,pre-thrombotic state,and diaphragm function in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD
Objective To observe the effects of Feilike Capsules on blood gas,pre-thrombotic status and diaphragm function in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Sixty patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with salbutamol,while observation group was treated with Feilike Capsules on the basis of control group.The efficacy TCM symptoms(fever,asthma,cough,expectoration)blood gas indicators(PaO2,PaCO2,pH),pre thrombotic state indicators[D-dimer(D-D),thrombin antithrombin complex(TAT),fibrinogen(FIB)],and diaphragm function indicators(end-expiratory diaphragm thickness,inspiratory diaphragm thickness,and diaphragm thickening fraction)before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05);TCM syndrome scores of fever,asthma,cough,and phlegm in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and were lower in observation group than control group(P＜0.05);PaCO2 levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in observation group than control group;PaO2 and pH levels were higher than before treatment,and were higher in observation group than control group(P＜0.05);DD,TAT,and FIB levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in observation group than control group(P＜0.05);the end expiratory diaphragm thickness,end inspiratory diaphragm thickness,and diaphragm thickening score of both groups were higher than before treatment,and were higher in observation group than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Feilike Capsules can improve blood gas indicators,TCM symptoms,alleviate pre-thrombotic state,promote diaphragm function improvement,and has a significant therapeutic effect in treatment of acute exacerbation COPD,which is worth promoting.
