Polycysticovarysyndrome(PCOS)is a common gynecological endocrine disease and one of the common chronic diseases. The increase of social pressure and the physiological characteristics of women make anxiety become a common psychological problem in PCOS patients, and the number of PCOS patients with anxiety is increasing year by year.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that anxiety is an emotional disease, which is closely related to the liver, and the function of the liver is the basis of emotional regulation.Based on the theory of modern pathology and traditional Chinese medicine, this paper discusses the pathogenesis of PCOS with anxiety disorder from the perspective of"women's liver is congenital"and the liver is the main body of constipation.Combined with the physiological characteristics of liver,it further demonstrates that liver dysfunction and constipation is the core pathogenesis of PCOS with anxiety disorder from the perspectives of meridia, zang fu organs and qi-blood-body fluid to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of PCOS with anxiety from liver.
