Clinical efficacy study on Xiangsha Pingwei Granules combined with mosapride in treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with dyspepsia
Objective To observe the efficacy of Xiangsha Pingwei Granules combined with mosapride in treatment of diabetes with dyspepsia(DD).Methods A total of 120 patients with DD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.Control group was treated with mosapride,while treatment group was treated with Xiangsha Pingwei Granules on the basis of control group.Therapeutic effects,fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),major symptom index of gastric paresis(GCSI),5 h and 72 h gastric emptying rates,main power of gastric electricity(PDP),and main frequency(PDF)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05);the FBG,2 hPG,HbA1c,and GCSI scores of both groups were lower than before treatment;the FBG was lower in treatment group than control group(P＜0.05);the 5 h and 72 h gastric emptying rates,PDP,and PDF in both groups were higher than before treatment,which were higher in treatment group than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Xiangsha Pingwei Granules combined with mosapride has significant therapeutic effects on DD patients,regulating blood sugar,alleviating symptoms of indigestion,enhancing gastric emptying,and improving gastric electrical activity.
