Clinical observation on Jingfang Yishen Huayu Prescription in the diagnosis and treatment of renal hematuria
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jingfang Yishen Huayu Prescription on the diagnosis and treatment of renal hematuria(RH).Methods Seventy patients with RH were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.Control group took orally Piperazine Ferulate Tablets,while observation group received Jingfang Yishen Huayu Prescription.Compared the clinical efficacy of two groups;detected the changes in the proportion of red blood cells and deformed red blood cells under the urine phase contrast microscope,compared the changes in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups;compared the 24 h urinary protein and microalbumin levels between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05);the proportion of red blood cells and deformed red blood cells under the urine contrast microscope in both groups was lower than before treatment,and was lower in observation group than control group(P＜0.05);the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in observation group than control group(P＜0.05);the 24 h urinary protein and microalbumin levels in both groups were ulower than before treatment,and were lower in observation group than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Jingfang Yishen Huayu Prescription improves the efficacy of RH treatment,reduces hematuria and proteinuria,alleviates the progression of the disease.
