摘要
目的 观察四磨汤联合金双歧治疗小儿功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效.方法 将我院96例FD患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组各48例.对照组服用金双歧,治疗组服用四磨汤联合金双歧.比较两组临床疗效,嗳气和上腹不适消失时间,60、90、120 min胃窦残留量,身体质量指数(BMI),中医证候积分及随访6个月复发率,不良反应发生率.结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗组嗳气和上腹不适消失时间少于对照组(P＜0.05);两组进食后60、90、120min胃窦残留量和中医证候积分低于治疗前,治疗组进食后60、90、120 min胃窦残留量和中医证候积分低于对照组(P＜0.05);两组BMI高于治疗前,治疗组BMI高于对照组(P＜0.05);随访6个月,治疗组复发率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 四磨汤联合金双歧显著提高治疗小儿FD的疗效,降低复发率和不良反应发生率,增强胃排空,促进生长发育,降低中医证候.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Simo Decoction combined with Jin Shuangqi Tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)in children.Methods Ninety-six children with FD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.Control group was given Jin Shuangqi Tablets,and treatment group was given Simo Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,recurrence rate,incidence of adverse reactions,disappearance time of belching and epigastric discomfort,residual antral amount at 60,90 and 120 min,the recurrence rate,incidence rate of adverse reactions,disappearance time of belching and epigastric discomfort,body mass index(BMI),and TCM syndrome scores in 6-month follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group(P＜0.05);the recurrence rate of treatment group was significantly lower than control group in 6-month follow-up(P＜0.05);and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05);the disappearance time of belching was shorter and epigastric discomfort was less in treatment group than control group(P＜0.05);the antral residue and TCM pattern score at 60,90 and 120 min after eating in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than control group(P＜0.05);the BMI of both groups was higher than that before treatment,which was higher in treatment group than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Simo Decoction and Jin Shuangqi Tablets significantly improves the therapeutic effect of pediatric FD,reduces the recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions,enhances gastric emptying,promots growth and development,and relieves TCM syndromes.
