Application of Compound Huangbai Liquid Coating combined with one-time incision and lateral thread radical resection in patients with perianal abscess
Objective To observe the effect of Compound Huangbai Liquid Coating combined with one-time incision and lateral thread resection(OITHRS)in perianal abscess(PA).Methods A total of 132 patients with PA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,66 cases each.Control group was treated with OITHRS,while treatment group was treated with Compound Huangbai Liquid Coating on the basis of control group.The total effective rate,the scores of perianal discharge,granulation morphology,tissue edema,and wound pain on the 1st and 25th days after surgery,the preoperative and postoperative 25-day Wexner score,anal canal resting pressure,and anal canal maximum systolic blood pressure,the sloughing time,healing time,wound infection,abscess recurrence and incidence of anal dysfunction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than control group(P＜0.05);the symptoms of both groups on the 25th day after surgery were lower than those on the 1st day after operation,which were lower in treatment group than control group(P＜0.05);the Wexner score was lower in treatment group than control group,anal canal resting pressure and maximum anal systolic blood pressure in both groups were lower than those before operation and on the 25th day after operation,which were higher than control group(P＜0.05);the healing time of treatment group was shorter than that of control group(P＜0.05);the incidence of wound infection,abscess recurrence and anal dysfunction in treatment group was lower than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of Compound Huangbai Liquid Coating combined with OITHRS in patients with PA is good,which canpromote incision healing,improve anal function,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions such as infection and recurrence.
