Clinical observation of acupuncture combined with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in treatment of tubal obstructive infertility
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction on tubal obstructive infertility(FTOI).Methods Eighty-two patients with FTOI were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.Control group was treated with laparoscopic tubal patency surgery,while treatment group was treated with acupuncture and Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of control group.The TCM therapeutic effect,total tubal recanalization rate,1-year follow-up pregnancy rate,and measure blood rheological indicators,ovarian artery resistance index(RI),pulsatile index(PI),C-reactive protein(CRP),and procalcitonin(PCT)levels before and after treatment and pregnancy rates at 1-year follow-up in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the efficacy of TCM syndrome and the total reversal rate of fallopian tubes in treatment group were significantly higher than control group(P＜0.05),the fluid rheological indexes,the levels of PI,RI,CRP and PCT in the ovarian arteries decreased in both groups,which were lower in treatment group than control group(P＜0.05);the pregnancy rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction can improve the TCM efficacy,increase pregnancy rate and total tubal patency rate,improve blood rheology,promote blood circulation in ovarian arteries,and reduce inflammatory reactions in treatment of FTOI.
