摘要
芍药甘草汤是《伤寒论》经典方剂,也是临床常用方剂,用该方加减治疗带状疱疹神经痛、系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征、硬皮病、过敏性紫癜、汗疱疹、皮肤瘙痒症及其它多种慢性皮肤病可获得良好临床疗效,体现了中医同病异治、异病同治、外病内治的辨证论治特色,值得临床进一步推广及运用.
Abstract
Shaoyao Gancao Decoction is a classic prescription in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.It is also a commonly used clinical prescription.Good clinical efficacy can be obtained by using this formula to treat with Herpes zoster neuralgia,Systemic lupus erythematosus,Sjogren's syndrome,scleroderma,allergicpurpura,sweatherpes,pruritus and other chronic skin diseases.It embodies the characteristics of TCM based on syndrome differentiation and treatment just like treating the same disease with different methods,treating different diseases with same method,and curing external disease with internal treatment.It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
