免疫性血小板减少症是常见的血液系统疾病,以皮肤黏膜自发性出血、血小板减少及内脏出血倾向为主要临床特点,是一种自身免疫性疾病.先天禀赋不足、脏腑气血阴阳亏虚乃其内因;卫外不固,感受热毒乃其外因.关键病机是虚热毒瘀,证候特点为本虚标实.李家庚教授从虚、热、毒、瘀入手,辨病与辨证相结合,并结合中药炒炭止血,灵活运用自拟经验方,在实践中获得了较好的疗效.
LI Jia-geng's experience in treating immune thrombocytopenic purpura from deficiency,heat,toxicity,and stasis
Immune thrombocytopenic purpura is a common blood system disease,with spontaneous bleeding of skin mucosa,thrombocytopenia and the tendency of internal bleeding as the main clinical characteristics,is an autoimmune disease.Congenital endowment deficiency,qi and blood yin and yang deficiency of viscera is its internal cause.The weakened defensive qi,toxic heat is its external cause.The main pathogenesis is deficiency heat toxicity stasis,and the syndromes are characterized by deficiency and solid.Starting from deficiency,heat,toxicity,and stasis,Prof.LI Jia-geng adopted the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,combining with Chinese medicine stir charcoal to stop bleeding,flexibly applied the self-designed empirical formula,and obtained a good effect in practice.
