摘要
周贤梅教授认为,肺纤维化的发生与先天禀赋不足、久病气阴耗伤相关,脏腑功能失调,肺、脾、肾亏虚为致病之本,痰浊、血瘀为标,治疗以麦味养肺汤补养肺脾肾三脏气阴,行气活血,祛痰化瘀,止咳平喘,取得了良好的临床疗效.
Abstract
Prof.ZHOU Xian-mei believes that the occurrence of pulmonary fibrosis is related to the lack of innate endowment and the depletion of qi-yin in prolonged illness and the dysfunction of internal organs.She thinks the deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney is the root of pulmonary fibrosis,while phlegm and blood stasis are the symptoms.The treatment of Maiwei Yangfei Decoction replenishes and nourishes qi-yin of the three organs of lung,spleen and kidney,improves qi and blood circulation,dispels phlegm and removes the blood stasis,relieves coughing and calms the asthma.It has obtained a good clinical effect.
