摘要
总结黄雅慧教授从伏邪学说诊治灼口综合征(BMS)经验的临床辨证思路和用药经验.黄雅慧教授认为BMS的主要病机为正气亏虚,容邪内伏;邪伏脏腑,火邪作祟;遗邪内伏,反复发作.临床诊治时应注重扶正散火、澄源追本、避诱透邪.文章就黄雅慧教授从伏邪角度诊治BMS作以阐述,附一验案佐证.
Abstract
To summarize Prof.HUANG Ya-hui's experience in of burning mouth syndrome(BMS)from the theory of latent evil.Based on the theory of latent evil and guided by clinical experience,Prof.HUANG believes that the pathogenesis of BMS is mainly the deficiency of healthy qi and the internal latent evil.Evil lies in the viscera,fire evil works;internal evil,repeated attacks in two aspects.In the course of clinical diagnosis and treatment,it is necessary to grasp the three aspects of Fuzheng dispersing fire,clarifying the source and pursuing the root,avoiding inducing the evil.In this paper,Prof.HUANG's clinical syndrome differentiation and medication experience in treating BMS from the perspective of latent evil were expounded,and an experimental case was attached to support it.
