外泌体非编码RNA(EXO-NCRNAs)在多种不同类型的肿瘤发生时处于失调状态,其表达水平与肿瘤的发生、发展具有明确的相关性,有潜力作为肿瘤的液体活检标志物.近些年来,许多中药单体、复方和中药活性成分被发现能通过调控EXO-NCRNAs的表达来发挥抗肿瘤作用,这使得外泌体有望成为肿瘤治疗新的靶点,对EXO-NCRNAs的检测有助于中药成分抗肿瘤的疗效评估和机制研究.该文综述了 EXO-NCRNAs 的传统检测方法及新型原位生物传感检测策略,介绍了其在肿瘤诊断上的研究进展,并针对其在中医药方面的应用前景进行探讨和展望.
Application of in situ detection of exosomal non-coding RNAs in tumor diagnosis and TCM Research
Exosomal non-coding RNAs(EXO-NCRNAs)are dysregulated in various types of tumors and have a clear correlation with tumor occurrence and development,making them potential liquid biopsy biomarkers for tumors.In recent years,many traditional Chinese medicines,including monomers,formulations,have been found to play anti-tumor roles by regulating the expression of EXO-NCRNAs,suggesting that exosomes have the potential to become new targets for tumor treatment,and the detection of EXO-NCRNAs can contribute to the evaluation of the therapeutic efficacy and the mechanistic research of traditional Chinese medicine components in anti-tumor treatment.This review summarized the traditional detection methods and new biosensing strategies for EXO-NCRNAs,introduced the research progress on its application in tumor diagnosis,and discussed the potential prospects of their application in traditional Chinese medicine.
