白藜芦醇治疗帕金森病的研究进展

摘要
帕金森病(PD)是一种老年神经退行性疾病,由于左旋多巴"替代疗法"的治疗有限,因此,积极寻找多靶点且安全有效的药物对PD的预防和治疗更具意义.白藜芦醇作为从植物中分离的一种天然多酚,已被证实具有极强的神经保护作用,其通过多种途径如抗氧化、抗炎、保护线粒体等方面,防治包括PD在内的许多神经系统疾病.本文综述白藜芦醇针对PD发病机制所发挥的潜在神经保护作用,以期对临床应用白藜芦醇防治PD提供理论参考.
Abstract
Parkinson's disease(PD)is a neurodegenerative disease in the elderly.Due to the limited therapeutic effect of levodopa"replacement therapy",it is more meaningful to actively search for multi-target,safe and effective drugs for the prevention and treatment of PD.As a natural polyphenol isolated from plants,resveratrol has been confirmed to have strong neuroprotective effects.It can prevent and treat many nervous system diseases including PD through a variety of pathways such as anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,and mitochondrial protection.This article reviews the potential neuroprotective effects of resveratrol on the pathogenesis of PD,in order to provide theoretical reference for the clinical application of resveratrol in the prevention and treatment of PD.
