摘要

衰老认知障碍(AACD)指由于衰老导致机体出现以认知功能障碍为主要临床表现的一类疾病,包括阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、脑出血、脑缺血/再灌注、抑郁症等.针灸治疗AACD有独特疗效,研究发现其机制可能与针灸对线粒体自噬的调控相关.本文对近5年来针灸通过调控线粒体自噬防治AACD的相关实验研究进行归纳分析,分别从针灸对泛素介导、受体蛋白介导、脂质介导及综合介导的线粒体自噬等方面的调控作用进行综述,以期为AACD的治疗及进一步的研究提供参考.

Abstract

Aging-associated cognitive decline(AACD)refers to a class of diseases with cognitive dysfunction as the main clinical manifestations caused by aging,including Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,cerebral hemorrhage,cerebral ischemia/reperfusion,depression,etc.Acupuncture and moxibustion has a unique effect on the AACD diseases.Studies have found that acupuncture and moxibustion can prevent and treat AACD,and the mechanism may be related to the regulation of mitochondrial autophagy.In this paper,the relevant experimental studies on the prevention and treatment of AACD by acupuncture and moxibustion through the regulation of mitochondrial autophagy in the past five years were summarized,and the regulatory effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on ubiquitin-mediated,receptor protein-mediated,lipid-mediated and synthetically mediated mitochondrial autophagy were reviewed,in order to provide certain theoretical reference for the treatment of AACD and further research.
