Efficacy of Danhong Injection combined with intravenous thrombolysis in treatment of ischemic stroke
Objective To observe the efficacy of Danhong Injection combined with intravenous thrombolysis in treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods 121 cases of ischemic stroke patients were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and treatment group(61 cases).Control group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis,and treatment group was treated with Danhong Injection on the basis of control group.The total effective rate,carotid artery plaque area,plaque area,intimart-media thickness,blood lipids(total cholesterol TC,triglyceride TG,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol LDL-C),blood rheological indexes,ability of daily living(ADL),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,and adverse reactions were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05),and the area and thickness of carotid artery plaque,intima-media thickness,TC,TG,LDL-C levels,high-cut and low-cut viscosity of whole blood,platelet aggregation rate,hematocrit and NIHSS score in treatment group were lower than those before treatment,and were lower than control group(P＜0.05);the ADL score of both groups was higher than before treatment,and was higher in treatment group than control group(P＜0.05);there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Danhong Injection combined with intravenous thrombolysis has a significant effect in treatment of ischemic stroke,improving neurological deficits,reducing carotid plaque,reducing blood lipids,and regulating blood rheology with high safety.
