摘要
目的 观察桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤患者临床疗效.方法 将我院80例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各40例.对照组采用米非司酮治疗,治疗组采用桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗.比较两组患者总有效率,测量黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、孕酮(P)水平,测定子宫和肌瘤体积,比较月经量、经期时间,量化比较主要和次要症状积分.结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05);两组LH、E2、FSH、P、子宫体积、肌瘤体积、月经量、经期时间、主要和次要症状积分低于治疗前(P＜0.05),治疗组上述指标低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤疗效良好,能够改善性激素水平,缩小子宫和肌瘤体积,调节月经期和经期时间,缓解主要和次要症状.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with mifepristone in treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods 80 patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with mifepristone,and treatment group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsules on the basis of control group.The total effective rate,luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and progesterone(P)levels were measured,uterus volume and fibroids volume were measured,the menstrual flow and menstrual time were compared,and the scores of major and minor symptoms were quantitatively of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than control group,LH,E2,FSH,P scores,uterine volume,fibroid volume,menstrual flow,menstrual duration,major and minor symptom scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with mifepristone has good curative effects in treatment of uterine fibroids,improving sex hormone level,shrinking the size of uterus and fibroids,regulating menstrual period and menstrual time,and alleviating major and secondary symptoms.
