Discussion on the clinical application of the three methods of treating yang in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber based on the theory of Yang Mi Nai Gu
Starting from the relationship between the theory of Yang Mi Nai Gu and the method of treating yang in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,this paper explains that the theory of Yang Mi Nai Gu has three meanings:yang is vigorous and not inferior,while yin essence is plentiful;the latent yang is not overactive,and mental is concentrating;yang ventilation is smooth,and ascending and descending is orderly.Synopsis of the Golden Chamber scrupulously complies with the tenor of Neijing,and holds that the pathogenesis of yang disease mainly includes three aspects:yang deficiency,yang hyperactivity disturbing spirit and evil blocking yang depression.Therefore,according to the difference of deficiency and excess of syndrome and etiology and pathogenesis,three methods are used to warm the uterus,consolidate essence and absorb yin,latent yang and yin,calm the mind,dispel pathogen and dredge yang,and descend turbidity and raise clear.At the same time,we should always be careful to nourish yang qi in daily life to prevent miscarriage.This article discusses the clinical application of the three methods of treating yang in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,hoping to provide a theoretical basis for current clinical diagnosis and treatment.
