基于气机升降理论探讨不寐病的辨治

摘要
将"气机升降"理论与不寐病相结合,对不寐病病因病机、辨证分型进行系统性研究,对不寐病的辨治补充完善了现阶段疾病的辨证分型,提出"调理气机"是治疗不寐病的有效方法,为不寐病辨证论治提供了新思路.
Abstract
To combine the TCM theory of"qi elevation and movement"with the clinically important disease of insomnia,and to conduct a systematic study on the etiology and pathogenesis of insomnia,diagnosis and staging of insomnia based on the theory of"qi elevation and movement".A systematic study on the etiology and pathogenesis,identification and typing of insomnia was carried out,putting forward that"regulating the qi elevation and movement"is the effective way to treat in somnia,in orde to promote the development and innovation of Chinese medicine in insomnia.
