Curative effect study on Biyuan Tongqiao Granules combined with nasal endoscopic surgery in treatment of nasal septum deviation with allergic rhinitis
Objective To observe the curative effect of Biyuan Tongqiao Granules combined with nasal endoscopic surgery on allergic rhinitis(DSAR).Methods 72 patients with DSAR were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 36 cases in each group.Control group underwent nasal endoscopic surgery,while treatment group underwent Biyuan Tongqiao Granules on the first day after nasal endoscopic surgery.The total effective rate,symptom score,Allergic Rhinitis Rating Scale(SFAR),nasal endoscopic Lund-Kennedy,sinus CT scores,and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P＜0.05);the symptom scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and were significantly lower in treatment group than control group(P＜0.05);the scores of SFAR,Lund-Kennedy and sinus CT in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and were significantly lower in treatment group than control group(P＜0.05);the recurrence rate of treatment group was significantly lower than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Biyuan Tongqiao Granules combined with nasal endoscopic surgery can significantly improve the symptoms of DSAR with good efficacy and reduce the recurrence rate.
