口腔幽门螺杆菌与胃幽门螺杆菌相关性的研究进展

摘要
口腔是幽门螺杆菌(Hp)传播的必经关卡,也是除胃外的第二大定植地,口腔Hp可以影响胃内Hp的根除率以及复发率,在Hp的预防和治疗中至关重要.本文通过文献整理探讨口腔Hp与胃Hp之间的相互作用和影响,以期为临床防治Hp感染提供新的治疗思路.
Abstract
The oral cavity is the only barrier for the transmission of Hp,and it is also the second largest colonization place in addition to the stomach.Hp in the oral cavity can affect the eradication rate and recurrence rate of Hp in the stomach,which is crucial in the prevention and treatment of Hp.Therefore,this article discusses the interaction and influence between oral Hp and gastric Hp through literature review,in order to provide new treatment ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of Hp infection.
