基于程序性细胞死亡探究针刺治疗脑缺血再灌注损伤

脑卒中是临床常见神经系统疾病,具有高致残率、高患病率等特点,而脑缺血再灌注损伤是脑卒中常见并发症.脑缺血再灌注损伤发病机制十分复杂未完全阐明.相关研究显示,程序性细胞死亡与脑缺血再灌注损伤的发生发展密切相关,而传统针刺疗法在调控程序性细胞死亡方面疗效明显.故本文就针刺通过对细胞凋亡、自噬、细胞焦亡、铁死亡等常见的程序性细胞死亡的干预作用的实验研究予以归纳与总结,以期为针刺防治CIRI提供新视角.
Exploration of acupuncture treatment for cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury based on programmed cell death
Stroke is a common neurological disease in clinical practice,characterized by high disability and morbidity,and cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is a common complication of stroke.The pathogenesis of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is very complex and not fully elucidated.Related studies have shown that programmed cell death is closely related to the occurrence and development of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,while traditional acupuncture therapy has a significant therapeutic effect in regulating programmed cell death.Therefore,this article summarizes the experimental research on the intervention effect of acupuncture on common programmed cell death such as apoptosis,autophagy,cell pyroptosis,and ferroptosis,in order to provide a new perspective for the prevention and treatment of CIRI by acupuncture.
