Simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid in Maxing Zhike Tablets by HPLC
Objective To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Maxing Zhike Tablets by HPLC.Methods A XB-Cis(4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm)column was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 20℃,the detection wavelength was 326 nm,and the injection volume was 10μL.Simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid in Maxing Zhike Tablets by HPLC.Results The linear relationship between the injection volume of chlorogenic acid and the peak area was good in the range of 0.625~15.000 μg(R2=0.9973).The linear relationship was good.The average recovery was 100.73%with RSD=1.05%.Conclusion The established method is accurate,reproducible and can be used for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Maxing Zhike Tablets.
