基于熵权-TOPSIS模型对山茱萸不同醋制方法的综合评价

目的 建立基于熵权-TOPSIS的综合评价模型,以5-羟甲基糠醛、莫诺苷和马钱苷含量为指标,探讨山茱萸的最优醋制方法,为醋萸肉的炮制奠定基础.方法 采用常压醋蒸法、加压醋蒸法、醋炖法3种不同醋制方法炮制山茱萸,HLPC法测定5-羟甲基糠醛、莫诺苷和马钱苷含量并作为评价指标,通过熵权-TOPSIS模型对该方法进行综合分析评价.结果 经熵权-TOPSIS模型分析后,醋炖萸肉,加压醋蒸萸肉和常压醋蒸萸肉的相对接近度分别为0.449,0.247,0.613,3种醋制法中常压醋蒸萸肉最优,醋炖萸肉次之,加压醋蒸萸肉最差.结论 基于熵权-TOPSIS的综合评价模型分析,最佳醋制方法为常压醋蒸法,为中药临方炮制提供依据.
Comprehensive evaluation of different vinegar preparation methods of Cornus officinalis based on entropy weight-TOPSIS model
Objective To establish a comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight-TOPSIS,and the contents of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF),monoside and maggianin were used as indicators to explore the optimal vinegar preparation method of Cornus officinalis,so as to lay a foundation for the processing of Cornus officinalis.Methods Cornus officinalis was processed by three different ways:atmospheric vinegar steaming,pressure vinegar steaming and vinegar stewing.The contents of 5-HMF,monoside and maggianin were determined by HLPC,and the above three contents were used as evaluation indexes.The method was comprehensively analyzed and evaluated by using entropy weight-TOPSIS model.Results After the analysis of entropy weight-TOPSIS model,the relative proximity of Cornus officinalis stewed with vinegar,steamed with pressure vinegar and steamed with normal pressure vinegar were 0.449,0.247 and 0.613,respectively.Among the three methods of vinegar preparation,normal pressure vinegar steamed Cornus officinalis was the best,vinegar stewed Cornus officinalis was the second,and pressure vinegar steamed Cornus officinalis was the worst.Conclusion Based on the analysis of the comprehensive evaluation model of entropy weight-TOPSIS,the optimal vinegar preparation method is atmospheric pressure vinegar steaming,which provides a basis for the processing of traditional Chinese medicine.
