Discussion on"the time when six meridian disease tending to be cured"from the theory of circadian rhythm in Huangdi Neijing
It is an important theory put forward by Zhongjing in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,indicating the specific time when the diseases of triple-yin and triple-yang need to be solved.To analyze its deep connotation,doctors of past generations have studied and interpreted it from different angles,and opinions are varied.Based on the theory of circadian rhythm in Huangdi Neijing,this article preliminarily analyzes the mechanism of"the time when six meridian disease tending to be cured"from two aspects,including the circadian thythm of yin and yang,and the circadian thythm of yin-qi and wei-qi,so as to better understand the connotation of the six channels syndrome differentiation and Zhongjing's academic ideology,and guide clinical practice.
