Effect of Yanghe Tongmai Pills combined with alprostadil on cold sensation and resting pain of limbs in diabetes patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans
Objective To observe the effect of Yanghe Tongmai Pills and alprostadil on cold sensation and resting pain in diabetes patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(DAOOLL).Methods 70 DAOOLL patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 35 cases each.Control group received intravenous infusion of prostaglandin,while treatment group received Yanghe Tongmai Pills on the basis of control group.The efficacy,dorsal foot artery,blood flow,ankle brachial indexes,symptom scores,C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),hemagglutinin like oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor-1(LOX-1),vascular loop,flow state and periloop integral,parietal vessel diameter,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05);and were lower in treatment group than those in control group(P＜0.05);the blood flow of the dorsalis pedis artery,ankle brachial index,toe brachial index,and diameter of the vessel at the top of the loop in both groups were higher than before treatment,and were higher in treatment group than those in control group(P＜0.05);the lower limb vascular loop,flow state,and loop circumference scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than those in control group(P＜0.05);the symptom scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than control group(P＜0.05);the levels of CRP and TNF-α,IL-6 and LOX-1 in both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than those in control group(P＜0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Yanghe Tongmai Pill combined with prostaglandin significantly improves symptoms such as limb coldness and resting pain in DAOOLL patients,reduces the degree of inflammatory response,reduces vascular wall damage,and improves microcirculation and hemodynamics.
