Observation on the therapeutic effect of needle embedding therapy on cerebral hemorrhage
Objective To observe the effect of needle embedding on cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 102 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 51 cases each.Control group received rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture, while observation group received needle embedding therapy on the basis of control group. The therapeutic effects, systolic and diastolic blood pressure indicators, scores of neurological function(NIHSS),daily living ability(BADL),limb motor function(FMA),hand muscle strength assessment(MMT),and bleeding volume were compare between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the systolic and diastolic blood pressure indicators in both groups were lower than before treatment, while observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05);NIHSS score was lower in both groups than before treatment, and was lower in observation group than control group;BADL and FMA scores were higher in both groups than before treatment, and were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05);observation group had lower limb muscle strength MMT grading than control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in upper limb muscle strength MMT grading between the two groups(P>0.05);three days after treatment, the bleeding volume in both groups was less than before treatment, and was less in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training and acupuncture combined with needle embedding therapy after cerebral hemorrhage can reduce blood pressure, alleviate neur-ological deficits, improve motor function and muscle strength levels, reduce bleeding volume,it is worth promoting.
