Clinical study on the synergistic effect of modified Ziyin Yikang Decoction combined with meridian flow injection acupuncture in treatment of immune recurrent miscarriage
Objective To observe the synergistic effect of modified Ziyin Yikang Decoction combined with meridian flow injection acupuncture in treatment of immune recurrent miscarriage(RS A).Methods A total of 90 patients with immune RSA were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 45 cases each.On the basis of aspirin and prednisone,control group was treated with meridian flow injection acupuncture,and study group was treated with modified Ziyin Yikang Decoction additionly.The total effective rate,pregnancy success rate,13-week spontaneous abortion rate,live birth rate,number of positive cases of anticardiolipin antibody(ACA),lupus anticoagulant(LA),anti-β2 glycoprotein antibody(β2GPI),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB),platelet aggregation rate(PAR),homocysteine(Hcy),interleukin-2(IL-2),and IL-10 levels in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05);the pregnancy success rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05),and there was no significant difference in spontaneous abortion rate and live birth rate at 13 weeks between the two groups(P＞0.05);the number of ACA-positive cases in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and was lower in study group than control group(P＜0.05),and there was no significant difference in the number of LA and β2GPI-positive cases between the two groups(P＞0.05);the levels of PT,TT and IL-10 were higher than those before treatment,the levels of FIB,PAR,Hcy and IL-2 were lower than those before treatment,and the above indexes were superior in study group to those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Modified Ziyin Yikang Decoction combined with meridian flow injection acupuncture hads a synergistic effect in treatment of immune RSA,effectively clearing ACA,increasing the level of IL-10,down-regulating the levels of Hcy and IL-2,regulating immune function,anticoagulation,and improving pregnancy outcomes.
