摘要
目的 观察连花清瘟颗粒联合细菌溶解产物(BL)治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染(CRRI)临床疗效.方法 将两院125例CRRI患儿随机分为研究组63例与对照组62例.对照组给予BL治疗,研究组给予连花清瘟颗粒联合BL治疗.比较两组临床疗效,治疗后3个月、6个月、1年两组CRRI发生次数,康复指标,白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、IL-10、IL-12、干扰素-y(IFN-γ)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、IgM、IgA、IgE、淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)含量.结果 治疗后,研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月、6个月、1年研究组CRRI发生次数均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组IL-4、IL-10、IgE、SAA、CRP含量均低于治疗前,IL-12、IFN-γ、IgG、IgM、IgA含量均高于治疗前;研究组IL-4、IL-10、IgE、SAA、CRP含量均低于对照组,IL-12、IFN-γ、IgG、IgM、IgA含量均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 连花清瘟颗粒联合BL治CRRI疗效显著,可降低发作次数,促进康复,调节体液免疫和细胞免疫,降低IgE含量和炎症细胞因子含量.
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of Lianhua Qingwen Granules combined with bacterial lysate(BL)in treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections(CRRI).Methods A total of 125 CRRI cases were randomly divided into study group(63 cases)and control group(62 cases).Control group was treated with BL,and study group was treated with Lianhua Qingwen Granules on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,the number of CRRI occurrences,recovery indexes,interleukin-4(IL-4),IL-10,IL-12,interferon-y(IFN-γ),immunoglobulin G(IgG),IgM,IgA,IgE,amyloid A(SAA)and C-reactive protein(CRP)contents were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the number of CRRI occurrences in study group at 3 months,6 months and 1 year after treatment was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);the time of fever reduction,cough disappearance and lung rales in study group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05);the contents of IL-4,IL-10,IgE,SAA and CRP in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the contents of IL-12,IFN-γ,IgG,IgM and IgA were higher than those before treatment,the above indexes in study group were siperior to those in control group(P<05).Conclusion Lianhua Qingwen Granules combined with BL has significant efficacy in treatment of CRRI,it can reduce the number of attacks,promote recovery,regulate humoral immunity and cellular immunity,and reduce IgE and inflammatory cytokine contents.
