补肾泄浊方抑制NLRP3炎症小体激活改善高尿酸肾病肾脏组织炎症及纤维化

目的 观察补肾泄浊方抑制NLRP3炎症小体激活改善高尿酸肾病(HN)生理生化指标、肾脏炎症和纤维化的作用.方法 32只SPF级雄性C57BL/6小鼠随机被分为正常组、模型组、补肾泄浊方组、四妙散组,每组8只.予以次腺嘌呤和氧嗪酸钾混悬液造模,同时予以补肾泄浊方、四妙散水煎液干预.结果 补肾泄浊方能够改善HN小鼠的肾阳虚症状;对HN小鼠肾脏组织炎症及纤维化病变均有不同程度的改善作用;小鼠肾脏组织炎症相关因子表达降低,结论 补肾泄浊方能够显著改善HN小鼠的肾阳虚症状及HN小鼠血常规生理生化指标,保护肾功能,显著改善小鼠肾脏炎症病变,抑制肾脏组织NLRP3炎症小体激活,减少促炎因子表达.
Bushen Xiezhuo Formula improving inflammation and fibrosis of renal tissue in hyperuric acid nephropathy ameliorated by inhibiting NLRP3 inflammatory vesicle activation
Objective To observe the effect of Bushenxiezhuo Formula(BSXZF)to improve the physiological and bio-chemical indexes,renal inflammation and fibrosis in hyperuric acid nephropathy(HN).Methods Male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,BSXZF group and the Simiaosan(SMS)group.Hypoadenine and potassium oxybate suspension was used for modelling,and BSXZF and Simiaosan aqueous decoction were used for intervention at the same time.Results BSXZF can improve the symptoms of renal yang deficiency in HN mice;it has different degrees of improvement on the inflammatory and fibrotic lesions in the kidney tissues of HN mice;and the expression of inflammation-related factors in the kidney tissues of mice was reduced.Conclusion BSXZF can significantly improve the inflammatory lesions in the kidneys,inhibit the activation of NLRP3 inflammatory vesicles and reduce the expression of pro-inflammatory factors in the kidneys.It can significantly improve the renal fibrosis lesions in HN mice and reduce the expression of fibrosis-related factors in renal tissues.
