基于肾之体用学说探讨糖尿病肾病的论治

摘要
基于体用学说、肾藏象学说,总结出肾精亏损为糖尿病肾病的重要病机.由于肾体乏源引起肾之络脉痹瘀,肾用失常,最终肾之体用均失司,导致体内浊毒内蕴,运用填补肾精、祛瘀通络、化浊解毒三种治法治疗糖尿病肾病有显著疗效,有助于肾体充盈,肾用可施,为中医治疗糖尿病肾病提供思路与方法,值得临床参考与应用.
Abstract
Based on the theories of somatic application,and the doctrine of kidney manifestation,it has been summarized that a deficiency of kidney essence is an important pathogenesis of diabetic kidney disease(DKD).Due to the lack of source in the kidney leading to the stagnation and stasis in the collaterals of the kidney,the function of the kidney is abnormal,eventually resulting in the loss of regulation of both the kidney's substance and function,which causes the internal turbid toxins to accumulate,proposing three therapeutic methods:replenishing kidney essence,removing stasis to open collaterals,and transforming turbidity to detoxify,which have shown significant efficacy in treating DKD.These methods contribute to the re-plenishment of the kidney substance and the restoration of kidney function,providing ideas and methods for TCM treatment of dibetic kidney diasease,and are worthy of clinical reference and application.
