Effect of Eddy Injection combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training on lung function and physical activity in patients undergoing radical lung cancer resection
Objective To observe the effect of Eddy Injection combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training on lung function and physical activity in patients undergoing radical lung cancer resection. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing radical lung cancer resection were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group.Control group was given a full pulmonary rehabilitation training program, and observation group was treated with Eddy Injection on the basis of control group. The total effective rate, the percentages of natural killer cells(NK),CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,immunoglobulins(IgA,IgG,IgM),1-second rate(FEV1/FVC),lung capacity(VC),diffusing capacity of carbon monoxide(DLCO),lung cancer quality of life rating scale, simple cough degree scale(CET)and muscle strength rating(MRC)scores of the two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the percentages of NK,CD3+and CD4+in both groups were higher than those before treatment, while the percentage of CD8+were lower, and the above indicators were superior in observation group to those in control group(P<0.05);the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the levels of FEV1/FVC,VC and DLCO in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the quality of life rating scale of lung cancer in both groups was higher than that before treatment, and was higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the CET score of both groups was lower than that before treatment, while the MRC score was higher, and the above indicators were superior in observation group to those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Eddy Injection combined with pulmonary re-habilitation training has a good effect on patients undergoing radical lung cancer resection, regulating immune function, improving quality of life, improving lung function and physical activity, and reducing cough.
