Clinical observation on Wugong Baidu Decoction combined with Aviva A in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris
Objective To observe the efficacy of Wugong Baidu Decoction combined with Aviva A in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris(PV).Methods A total of 122 PV patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 61 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Aviva A,while observation group was treated with Wugong Baidu Decoction on the basis of control group.The overall improvement rate,the severity index of skin lesion area(PASI score),Visual Analogue Scale of itching(VAS)score,Zung Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,interleukin-9(IL-9),IL-10,interferon gamma(IFN-γ),IL-4,CD4+,CD8+,CD4/CD8+,fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer(D-D),plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1),and von Willebrand factor(vWF)of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the overall effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05);the PASI,VAS,and SAS scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in observation group than control group(P＜0.05);the plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,and whole blood low shear viscosity of both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in observation group than control group(P＜0.05);the levels of IL-10 in both groups were higher than before treatment,while IL-9,IFN-γ,and 1L-4 were lower than before treatment,and the above indicators were superior in observation group to thoese in control group(P＜0.05);the CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels in both groups were higher than before treatment,while CD8 levels were lower,and the above indicators were superior in observation group to those in control group(P＜0.05);the levels of FIB,D-D,PAI-1,and vWF in both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in observation group than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Wugong Baidu Decoction combined with Aviva A improves the efficacy of treating PV,reduces skin lesions,itching,and anxiety.The possible mechanism is to improve hemorheology,correct Th1/Th2 imbalance,and inhibit coagulation.
